Enterprise Account Executive

Description:

Softchoice, a leading software-focused IT solutions and services provider, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join their team in Montreal, QC. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to help businesses embrace digital transformation, move to the cloud, and innovate their workplaces through strategic technology solutions.

The position is hybrid, with 1–2 office days per week and 3–5 on-site client visits weekly. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing existing client accounts, and driving growth through solution selling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading with a customer-centric engagement model and establishing strong strategic partnerships.

• Identifying opportunities to bridge business gaps and delivering personalized technology insights.

• Conducting cold calls, meetings, and on-site visits to develop and nurture business opportunities.

• Collaborating with leading technology partners and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.

• Managing a robust sales pipeline with high business acumen and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales within the commercial or enterprise technology sector.

• Technology sales experience is mandatory.

• Fully bilingual (French & English – written and spoken).

• Proven ability to pursue net-new clients, network, and build strong business relationships.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
