Boomi, a leading intelligent integration and automation platform, is seeking a motivated and strategic Emerging Growth Account Executive to join its dynamic team. This role focuses on acquiring new customers in Boomi’s high-volume, high-velocity Emerging Growth Segment. As a key contributor to the sales team, you will leverage your expertise in relationship selling and your understanding of Boomi's technology to develop innovative solutions for customers navigating complex business processes and data management challenges.

You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and business leaders, crafting tailored strategies to drive their integration and automation goals. This position provides the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence strategic direction, and make a measurable impact in a fast-growing company with a global footprint.


Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage new customer accounts within the Emerging Growth Segment.

  • Serve as a trusted business advisor to senior executives, presenting tailored integration and automation strategies.

  • Conduct strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and design innovative business solutions.

  • Create post-sale implementation plans to ensure smooth customer onboarding and adoption.

  • Analyze market factors to anticipate customer challenges and recommend effective solutions.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with key business objectives.

  • Accurately forecast sales performance and deliver against pipeline and bookings growth strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Build trust and confidence with prospects by demonstrating expertise, professionalism, and reliability.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in relationship selling, preferably within technology or SaaS industries.

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology is preferred.

  • Proven track record in pipeline execution, sales forecasting, and achieving sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements to design tailored solutions.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: CAD 12000 – 14000 per month (On Target Earnings inclusive of commission).

  • Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.
