Description:
Plexus Worldwide is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales Operations for the Canadian market. This role will oversee the strategic direction, field development, and operational execution of Plexus’ Canadian business, ensuring alignment with global strategies. The incumbent will be accountable for achieving growth in sales, customer acquisition, and field leadership, while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This is a remote role requiring occasional travel to field locations.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute annual growth plans for Canada, aligned with global objectives.
Launch and scale market-specific sales programs, incentives, and campaigns.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and quarterly dashboards to global HQ.
Oversee localized marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.
Manage local business operations including vendor relationships, HR, inventory, compliance, and office administration.
Serve as liaison for Canadian field teams, maintaining engagement through travel, events, and meetings.
Mentor and develop field leaders, driving professional growth and rank advancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven success leading national or regional sales organizations.
Experience designing and executing multi-year sales strategies that increase revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
Proficiency in operational and regulatory management of a market, including vendor oversight, HR functions, and compliance.
Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs and dashboards to guide business decisions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership coaching abilities.
Adaptability in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
