Description:
BoomerangFX, a global leader in practice management software and digital marketing solutions, is seeking a Director of Operations to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and global expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee cross-functional projects, ERP implementation, vendor management, and HR policy compliance across international markets.
This is an in-office, full-time role in Mississauga, offering a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and long-term career growth in a rapidly expanding company poised for IPO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams across technology, marketing, recruitment, and operations to drive company growth.
- Oversee 30-70 concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
- Implement and optimize ERP systems to enhance data analytics and decision-making.
- Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to maximize cost efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting and cost management, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Ensure HR policy compliance across Canada, the U.S., and international markets.
- Develop and monitor operational KPIs, providing insights for senior leadership.
- Mitigate operational and HR risks, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Support IPO readiness by developing scalable and resilient processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in operations & HR leadership (high-growth experience preferred).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- 5+ years of project management experience, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise in ERP implementation and business process optimization.
- Strong HR knowledge across multiple regions (payroll, benefits, compliance).
- Excellent communication skills to engage senior leaders and external partners.
- Proficiency in data analytics and performance tracking (KPIs, dashboards).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and solve complex problems proactively.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in private aesthetics or healthcare industries.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and task management software.
