Digital Production Coordinator

TC Transcontinental, a leading Canadian player in packaging, printing, and educational publishing, is seeking a Coordonnateur.trice Production Imprimé et Numérique to join their dynamic premedia team based in the Greater Montreal Area. This on-site role involves ensuring the quality and accuracy of printed and digital deliverables—primarily circulars and related marketing materials—while closely interacting with production teams and clients to ensure a high standard of execution.

The ideal candidate will be a key resource in overseeing client requests, coordinating production timelines, validating deliverables, and upholding graphic and quality standards in line with TC Transcontinental's commitment to innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure client-requested corrections meet brand and quality standards.

• Validate final deliverables before client delivery.

• Analyze proofs and detect inconsistencies or errors.

• Act as the main liaison for production teams to clarify client expectations.

• Ensure graphic quality across all projects.

• Report and document non-conformities within defined timelines.

• Complete and maintain performance indicator reports (KPI).

• Coordinate project execution across different platforms within production timelines.

• Attend client meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the graphic arts or a related domain.

• Strong organizational skills, good judgment, and ability to react quickly to unforeseen issues.

• Excellent visual sense and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.

• Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Mac environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
