PepsiCo Beverages Canada is seeking a Full-Time Delivery Driver to join its dynamic team in Wileville, Nova Scotia. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering PepsiCo’s world-famous beverage brands to customers across Canada. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering, unloading, and merchandising PepsiCo products at various customer locations. This includes managing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and unload PepsiCo products accurately and on schedule to retail and commercial customers.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer contacts, acting as a positive brand ambassador.

• Process invoices, handle cash settlements, and ensure daily account reconciliation.

• Stock and rotate inventory, maintain product displays, and ensure merchandising meets company standards.

• Set up promotional materials such as banners, price signs, and in-store displays.

• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.

• Comply with all transportation safety laws and internal safety regulations while performing daily tasks.

• Operate delivery vehicles and handling equipment safely, even in challenging weather or road conditions.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout an 8–10-hour shift.

• Ability to maneuver large loads with manual and mechanical aids.

• Work may involve exposure to diverse weather conditions.

• Requires flexibility, strength, and physical endurance.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.

• Physically fit and able to handle demanding delivery tasks.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Preferred (Asset) Skills:

• Flexibility to work extended hours and overtime when required.

• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $28.36 per hour.
