Description:
Dialogue, the leading provider of virtual healthcare services in Canada, is seeking a Développeur(euse) en analyse de données to join its Data Engineering team. This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and maintaining structured data mart modeling within a cloud-based data warehouse to support health insights, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, product managers, and software developers, to translate business needs into robust data solutions while maintaining high standards of code quality and data integrity.
Develop and maintain data warehouse models using dbt and Snowflake.
Design and implement secure, end-to-end data pipelines synchronizing multiple data sources using Python and Airflow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data products.
Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
Ensure optimization, extensibility, and performance of data infrastructure.
Minimum 1 year of meaningful experience in a data or engineering role.
Practical experience in enterprise data modeling within a data warehouse.
Product-oriented mindset with strong understanding of business requirements.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration.
Interest in team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
