People Store Staffing is looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in the Lighting & Construction Industry!

📍 Location: Toronto, ON
🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours per week
📋 Position: Contract with strong potential for permanent employment!

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Handle customer inquiries by phone and email
✔️ Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries
✔️ Work closely with warehouse, production, and internal teams
✔️ Ensure excellent customer service and smooth order fulfillment

🔹 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔️ Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
✔️ Construction-related customer service experience is an asset
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔️ Computer proficiency and attention to detail
✔️ Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
