Eaton’s Electrical sector is currently seeking a Bilingual Service Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid position is based at our Toronto, ON facility and offers benefits from day one.

What You’ll Do
This position serves as the commercial liaison between the product lines, Field Service Representatives (Technicians/Engineers), and the customer during the execution of regional project orders.
Essential Functions
- Serve as the customer advocate by communicating the appropriate level of urgency to operational contacts and escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers within the assigned territory or vertical segment.
- Work with the team to achieve continuous improvement objectives, including productivity, quality, and safety goals
- Promote proactive project management through accurate and timely communication with internal partners (Field Service Technicians and the Contracts team) and external customers regarding schedule status, expediting, change orders, logistics, and the financial management of orders.
- Work in compliance with occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
- Participate in departmental Lean manufacturing activities through the use of Lean tools and principles:
- Manage daily telephone and email activities; provide guidance, solutions, and updates; and provide backup support for colleagues as needed.
- Demonstrate proficiency in proactively supporting complex orders.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Bilingual in both French and English. Fluency in French and English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, customers, and partners located inside and outside of Quebec, as well as to understand technical documentation in the field of our industry.
- Minimum two (2) years customer service experience
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future
Preferred Qualifications
- College diploma or University degree in a technical field
- 4 years of Customer Service or Project Management experience
- Knowledge of electrical power distribution equipment, control products
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills (written and verbal communication).
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills for managing high volume of transactions (orders, emails, and phone calls).
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in typing.
- Proficient in creative problem solving, conflict resolution and managing priorities.
