You will be accountable for:
 

  • Leading and developing a remote sales force via call center equipped with all tools required to convert leads to consumers through virtual and digital channels.
  • Deploying global toolboxes & guidelines that including processes, content, training materials and system requirements for remote acquisition, up/cross-selling
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to deploy new and enhancing existing remote acquisition programs for end-to-end remote acquisition journey.
  • Enhancing and unlocking additional lead generation opportunities in designated B2C channels, develop, pilot, and implementation, as well as unlocking additional acquisition support opportunities to maximize new device sales.
  • Set KPIs on remote lead generation, lead management journeys, and remote sales. Designing compensation plan based on KPIs and track on daily basis.
  • Monitoring performance reports and present to team and management on a periodic basis.
  • Providing all necessary tools and methodologies required for a high performing remote sales team, including training, and coaching to remote sales force.
  • Support in creating efficient lead qualification and nurturing methodologies to pioneer the cost saving while ensuring the best and seamless consumer experience
