The Associate / Credit Analyst role involves private company debt underwriting, credit analysis, and commercial finance activities. Responsibilities and compensation will be customized based on candidate experience. Candidates will handle credit structuring through closing, work under deadline pressure, and actively engage with the company’s vision and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform private company debt underwriting and credit analysis

• Manage financing processes from structuring to closing

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years experience in commercial banking/lending, corporate finance, commercial real estate finance, or leveraged finance

• Proven track record in commercial financial institutions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Business undergraduate degree preferred

• Ability to adapt, organize, prioritize, and work independently
