Cosmetic Reset Merchandiser

Description:

Mosaic North America is seeking a Cosmetic Reset Merchandiser to support merchandising initiatives for top Cosmetics, Grocery, and Electronics brands, along with a variety of other clients. The role involves enhancing relationships with Store and Department Managers, executing merchandising tasks according to planograms, and ensuring accurate reporting of completed work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and update shelving, displays, and walls per planogram instructions.

• Plan and schedule store visits within assigned territory.

• Communicate work schedules to team members as needed.

• Attend training sessions via conference calls, online, and field training.

• Develop strong working relationships with key in-store contacts.

• Complete shift reporting, including daily reports with photographs.

• Execute a variety of store calls, e.g., Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, and others.

• Computer literacy with access to a PC and internet for reporting.

Other Requirements:

• Availability Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, up to 20 hours/week.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

• Willingness to travel up to 160 kms from the assigned region.
