The Corporate Affairs Branch is a busy office environment, and the Corporate Registration Analyst is expected to provide outstanding customer service and ensure the branch’s clients have a positive experience. Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Registries, the Corporate Registration Analyst provides a broad range of time-sensitive business and regulatory services. They are responsible for informing clients on reporting requirements for filing under corporate legislation as well as receiving, reviewing, approving and processing applications and notices pertaining to filing requirements of numerous types of corporate entities, in order to maintain an accurate corporate registry.
