Corporate Accountant

Description:

You will work alongside and report in to the Controller. You will be responsible for full cycle accounting ranging from AP & AR reporting, banking, financial statements, tax returns, filing & audits and cash flow preparations for the commercial and residential properties groups. You'll also support the CFO with reconciliations and advise on any outstanding accounts receivable.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have 5+ years of experience in full cycle accounting. Experience in real estate accounting is preferred but not essential. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to prepare clear and accurate financial reports and be a strong communicator, written and verbally. Experience with Sage 50, MRI or Yardi is preferred.
