Contract Recruiter

Description:

Umbrex, a global network of top-tier independent management consultants, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support the company’s talent acquisition efforts. This role is fully remote and offers flexible working hours, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced outsourced recruiter looking to expand their expertise in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.

• Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.

• Manage interview scheduling and communication with hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to optimize hiring processes.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in professional services.

• Experience in outsourced recruiting with a focus on North America (preferred).

• Strong understanding of recruitment methods, tools, and best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
