Responsibilities:

  • Lead country marketing strategies for Print in HW printers, services and supplies; managing end to end customer journey.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and category team to understand the business needs and strategically working with their teams to support business objectives.
  • Use market and customer research, perform industry/segment analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Execute multi channel marketing strategies and tactics for driving consumer engagement with a goal of driving consideration and lower funnel conversion.
  • Design insights led customer experiences and touchpoint plans that leverages paid, earn and owned media channels to maximize business and marketing goals.
  • Defines marketing metrics/goals/benchmarks, and tracks/reports progress against them.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Media, PR, Retail Marketing, Search and WW teams to execute programs and campaigns.
  • Managing marketing budgets and end to end marketing spends as per the plans.
  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
