Deloitte Canada is seeking talented professionals for the position of Consultant or Senior Consultant – Cyber Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join its Cyber Security practice. This is a hybrid role that offers exposure to large-scale IAM transformation projects across industries, focusing on designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced identity solutions for enterprise and customer environments.

The role involves working closely with management and clients to develop sustainable IAM strategies, frameworks, and technical solutions using leading-edge platforms. You will contribute to the assessment, design, and implementation of IAM programs while collaborating with highly skilled cybersecurity and consulting professionals to solve complex security challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to design and implement sustainable IAM solutions, operating models, and processes addressing key risks in Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management.

• Work on implementation and advisory projects involving top IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, and similar platforms.

• Conduct gap analyses and process reviews, developing and prioritizing IAM process improvements.

• Support client Request for Proposals (RFPs) and provide advisory services to improve IAM capabilities.

• Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring objectives are met while managing risks and promoting teamwork.

• Utilize Deloitte’s tools, frameworks, and global assets to enhance the efficiency and quality of deliverables.

• Keep up with emerging IAM technologies and contribute to thought leadership initiatives within the firm.

About the Team:

Deloitte’s Cyber Security practice helps organizations across industries to assess vulnerabilities, mitigate cyber risks, and strengthen their security posture. The IAM team within this practice specializes in Identity and Access Management solutions, helping clients design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and modern identity architectures. The environment fosters innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration among cybersecurity experts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or IAM-related domains (IGA, PAM, AM, CIAM).

• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Entra.

• Solid understanding of security concepts and IAM technologies, including SSO, MFA, LDAP, RBAC, and PKI.

• Experience with cloud-based IAM implementations on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.

• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, or IAM product certifications) are a plus.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• Enthusiasm for emerging fields such as Zero Trust Architecture, Digital Identity, and AI in IAM.
