Description:

Deloitte is seeking a skilled and motivated Dayforce Payroll Consultant to join its Human Resources Transformation (HRT) team in Canada. This role is ideal for professionals with strong payroll system implementation expertise, particularly in Ceridian Dayforce Payroll. As part of a collaborative consulting team, you will support senior consultants and work directly with clients to address payroll-related challenges, configure payroll modules, create functional design documents, and deliver system support.

Your responsibilities will include managing the full payroll system implementation cycle, from analysis and design to testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training. You will also play an active role in project planning, reporting, and ensuring timely deliverables. Occasional travel may be required to provide on-site client support.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ payroll implementation experience.

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance requirements, tax calculations, and statutory regulations.

• Proficiency in Dayforce Payroll configuration; additional experience in Benefits, WFM, HRIS integrations, and data migration is an asset.

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

• Ability to analyze challenges, think critically, and propose effective solutions.
