Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate complex chemistry problems across multiple domains, including organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and biochemical chemistry.

• Review and assess AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, reasoning, and conceptual precision.

• Provide detailed written feedback on mechanisms, problem-solving methods, and technical explanations.

• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and engineers to improve AI model understanding of chemistry.

• Ensure all chemistry-related content meets academic standards and scientific rigor for AI model training and validation.

• Contribute to the refinement of AI datasets, ensuring correctness and conceptual clarity across chemical problem sets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• PhD in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field (mandatory).

• Undergraduate degree completed in the U.S., UK, Canada, or Europe (educational background from accredited institutions preferred).

• Demonstrated expertise across core chemistry areas, including organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and biochemistry.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong writing ability, capable of conveying complex chemical concepts clearly and concisely.

• High attention to detail and precision in evaluating and editing scientific material.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous teaching, academic research, or publication experience in chemistry or related sciences.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted learning, machine learning models, or scientific data labeling.

• Prior experience evaluating or developing chemistry problem sets or educational materials.

Engagement Details:

• Type: Independent Contractor

• Duration: 1–2 months (with potential for extension based on project requirements)

• Commitment: 20–40 hours per week (flexible schedule)

• Compensation: $65–$85 per hour (paid daily via Stripe Connect)

• Schedule: Fully remote, asynchronous collaboration
