Category Co-ordinator

Description:

You will assist in developing category plans for Home and Building locations that operate in the Co-operative Retailing System. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Category Managers by performing supplier/category analytics, developing category specific planograms, analysis on program comparisons, and data analytics on growth categories.

• You will perform category reviews and product assortment planning to maximize category growth.
• You will maximize category performance through introduction of new products, plan-o-grams, and innovative merchandising, with a focus on speed to market.
• You will provide analysis on potential growth categories using market intelligence and internal data.
• You will develop, publish, and maintain complete sets of accurate plan-o-gams to make sure stores receive up-to-date assignments.
• You will create and execute pricing strategies to remain competitive and maximize margins for the CRS.
• You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, executing on strategies supporting the Home & Building locations in the CRS.
