Cineplex is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Seasonal Cast Members to join their team at the Richmond Hill location. As a Cast Member, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional entertainment experience in a fast-paced, social, and exciting cinema environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who love movies, thrive in a dynamic setting, and enjoy interacting with the public. Cineplex provides a supportive and inclusive workplace where team members can develop customer service skills and be part of a fun, engaging team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests by creating a welcoming and enjoyable theatre experience.

• Assist with various theatre operations including ticket sales, food and beverage services, ushering, and maintaining cleanliness.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

• Uphold Cineplex’s standards of hospitality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

• Support other team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.

• Ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required.
