Cineplex is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Cast Members to join their team at the CPX Sydney location. Cast Members are essential to delivering an exceptional entertainment experience to all guests and ensuring the theatre operates smoothly and efficiently.

This dynamic, people-oriented role involves working in a variety of areas within the theatre including concessions, floor operations, and box office. It’s perfect for individuals who enjoy flexible hours, high-energy environments, and interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout their theatre experience

• Operate box office terminals to issue tickets and handle transactions

• Prepare and serve concessions such as popcorn, drinks, and snacks

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the theatre, including lobbies, seating areas, and restrooms

• Perform opening and closing duties as needed

• Uphold Cineplex standards in guest service and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, energetic, and team-oriented personality

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

• Flexible availability, especially for evenings, weekends, and late nights

• Ability to multitask and adapt to various duties as assigned

• Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification is an asset, especially for licensed theatre locations

• Legal age to serve alcohol, where applicable
