Cineplex is currently hiring Part-Time Cast Members at Galaxy Cinemas North Bay, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about film and customer service to be part of a vibrant and fast-paced entertainment environment.

As a Cast Member, you will be an essential part of the daily theatre operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys an outstanding experience. From operating the concessions and box office to helping maintain the theatre floor, your role will be dynamic, social, and impactful.

This position is well-suited for team-oriented, outgoing, and friendly individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing roles and value flexible evening and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to all guests

• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticket and concession sales

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the cinema including auditoriums, lobbies, and washrooms

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with hygiene and safety standards

• Assist with theatre opening and closing duties as scheduled

• Respond professionally and promptly to customer queries and issues

Qualifications:

• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with people

• Comfortable in a high-volume, high-energy work setting

• Smart Serve or ProServe certification (where legally required to serve alcohol) is considered an asset

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol, if applicable to the location

• Available for evening, weekend, and late-night shifts
