Village Endgrains, operating within Make Space North Park Victoria, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Full-Time Café Manager to lead its small yet vibrant community café. The role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for exceptional coffee, fresh food, and fostering strong community relationships. The Café Manager will be responsible for guiding the café team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and creating an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Key responsibilities include overseeing staff performance, maintaining operational efficiency, implementing and monitoring inventory control systems, and ensuring top-quality service standards. The successful candidate will bring a proven background in café or hospitality management, strong leadership and communication abilities, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and a passion for working with both people and products. Previous experience with an inventory control system is considered a strong asset.
