BSA Payments Technology with experience in Account Management

• 5+ year BA/BSA experience in agile environment

• Lead comprehensive requirements gathering and documentation for sanction related system initiatives covering both business and technical stakeholders

• Develop and maintain detailed requirements specifications for SWIFT MT/MX message scanning processing and integration (Business High Level Requirements, User Stories, Business Rules, Non-Functional Requirements, Business Process Flow)

• Manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle from discovery through implementation and validation

• Excellent communication, active-listening, stakeholder analysis, relationship-building, self-management, proactive, team-player, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

SWIFT & Sanction domain knowledge:

• Demonstrate advanced understanding of SWIFT MT/MX ISO 20022 message standards (pain.001, pacs.004, pacs.008, pacs.009, camt.054, camt.110, camt.111, etc)

• Advance message mapping, validation, and transformation between systems

• Support multiple LOBs requests for sanctions screening for SWIFT messages

• Ensure regulatory compliance requirements are captured

• Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to implement sanctions controls into SWIFT message processes

Technical & Systems Collaboration:

• Map business requirements to data structures and system integrations

• Support QA teams with requirements clarification and defect validation

• Document data flows, system dependencies, and integration points
