Description:
Labatt Breweries of Canada, one of the nation’s founding and leading brewers, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Representative for Regina. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong business relationships and delivering measurable results. As part of Labatt, you will represent iconic brands such as Budweiser, Bud Light, NÜTRL, Michelob Ultra, Corona, Stella Artois, and many more, serving a broad portfolio across the Canadian market.
Responsibilities:
Achieve territory volume, share, distribution, and margin targets across sales channels and brands within the assigned geography.
Plan and manage annual territory strategies, customer-specific plans, promotional activities, competitive intelligence gathering, and opportunity identification (with District Sales Manager approval).
Manage territory budgets and spending effectively.
Plan and execute consumer programs and sales standards across retail, on-premise, and community channels.
Identify and leverage new business opportunities, including onboarding new customers.
Ensure excellent execution of national and customized programming.
Maintain a consistent call cycle and complete administrative duties efficiently.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Minimum of 2-3 years of field or packaged goods sales experience preferred.
Experience in budget management, strong analytical skills, and business acumen.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to influence and make an impact effectively.
Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.
Valid driver’s license required.
