Back Office Processing Agent

 

Description:

The Back Office Processing Agent (Payments/PAPP/ROT) is responsible for completing many types of tasks throughout the department based on business needs. The role entails using both internal tools and access to the loan servicing system to action these tasks according to the processing guidelines. Tasks can include Payment Processing, Payment Resolutions, PAPP, ROT, CSLF (DNLF) and Reports

Skills And Experience
 

  • High attention to detail is required to ensure schedules an/or payments are updated accurately and/or to identify discrepancies
  • Excellent keyboarding skills, with the ability to successful maintain high quality standards.
  • Advance Windows and MS Office skills with the ability to navigate through multiple windows while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written/interpretation).
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate analytical and judgment skills when dealing with moderate to complex procedures and situations
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Basic to intermediate mathematical skills would be preferred.
  • Must be flexible between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Student Lending Experience is a plus.
