Wrap Senators is a high-end automotive customization studio based in Ottawa, specializing in vinyl wraps, commercial graphics, window tinting, and paint protection film (PPF). We are recognized for our precision workmanship, premium materials (including 3M and Avery Dennison), and a 5-star reputation for quality.

As demand continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Vinyl Wrap Installer to join our team. We offer flexible work arrangements and are open to full-time, part-time, or independent contractor professionals.

The Role

You will be responsible for high-quality vinyl wrap installations and window tinting on a wide range of vehicles, from daily drivers and fleets to luxury and performance cars.

All work is performed on-site at our Ottawa facility in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Choose Your Work Arrangement

Track A: Employee (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Best for installers seeking stability and consistent work

• Hourly pay: $20-$35/hour
• Paid bi-weekly
• Vacation pay and all ESA entitlements
• CPP & EI contributions
• Major tools, materials, and consumables provided
• Set weekday schedule

Track B: Independent Contractor

Best for experienced installers looking for flexibility and higher earning potential

• Flat rate per vehicle: $500-$1,000
• Paid per project (invoiced)
• Flexible, project-based scheduling
• Contractors supply their own hand tools
• Shop, materials, and major equipment provided
• Must operate as an independent business

Key Responsibilities

• Professional installation of vinyl wraps (full wraps, partial wraps, roof wraps, chrome deletes, fleet graphics)
• Automotive window tint installation with clean edges and zero contamination
• Surface preparation, cleaning, and decontamination
• Safe removal and reinstallation of trim, badges, mirrors, and handles
• Heat management, knifeless tape use, and precision cutting
• Self-quality control to ensure bubble-free, high-end results
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in vinyl wrap installation
• Strong portfolio of previous work (photos, Instagram, or website required)
• Close attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable transportation to our Ottawa location
• Legally eligible to work in Canada (Ontario or Quebec residents welcome)

Assets (Not Mandatory)

• Window tinting experience
• PPF installation experience
• Experience with luxury or exotic vehicles
• Familiarity with ceramic coatings

Contractor Requirements

• Valid Business Number (BN)
• Ability to invoice for services
• General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)
