Klick Health is a rapidly growing life sciences marketing agency known for fostering innovation and creative excellence. The Associate Creative Director, Art, leads the art team from concept through final delivery, ensuring the creative output meets client marketing strategies and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading art teams to develop cutting-edge, user-friendly concepts aligned with client goals and brand guidelines

  • Understanding client marketplaces and current marketing trends to evaluate creative work

  • Collaborating across teams and stakeholders during brainstorming and project execution

  • Providing strategic and creative leadership while mentoring and managing direct reports

  • Ensuring projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets

  • Presenting creative concepts effectively to clients in a professional manner

  • Growing existing client brands and contributing to new business development

  • Promoting diversity, inclusion, and a positive team culture

  • Developing team members’ skills through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews

  • Staying current on industry trends, craft techniques, and incorporating AI tools in creative processes

  • Building strong relationships with cross-discipline leads and external vendors

Required skills and knowledge:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
