We are currently seeking to add to the existing strength of our team by bringing in a mid-level associate with significant litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess an LL.B or JD degree and will also have:

• 3 to 5 years of private practice experience, practicing general commercial and/or insurance litigation and experience with related matters;
• experience with insurance coverage matters would be an asset;
• exceptional client service, interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to take initiative;
• demonstrated business acumen and a strong commercial understanding;
• strong personal and professional integrity and a hard-working and passionate approach; and
• while not required, bilingualism is viewed as an asset.
