Architecture49 Inc. is seeking a talented Technologue en architecture (Architectural Technologist) to join their dynamic Montreal office. This is an opportunity to contribute to prestigious architectural projects that shape the urban landscape of Montreal and beyond. Architecture49 is known for its excellence in institutional, cultural, and governmental architecture, with iconic works such as the restoration of Hôtel Le Reine Elizabeth, the West Block on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, and the Federal Judicial Complex in Old Montreal.

Produce high-quality technical and contractual documentation in line with client requirements and project objectives.
Validate designs and deliverables with senior team members to ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants for technical coordination and problem-solving.
Develop construction details for building envelope systems and interior elements.
Participate in design development, technical coordination, and project reviews to ensure quality assurance.
Support professional development by contributing to tasks and initiatives aligned with individual interests and project needs.
Education: DEC in Architectural Technology.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an architectural firm.
Technical Expertise:
Solid understanding of construction details, building codes, and energy codes.
Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, and MS Office.
Soft Skills:
Positive attitude, teamwork, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Language Skills: Fluent in French (spoken and written).
Other Requirements:
Eligible for Reliability Security Clearance (assistance provided).
ASP Construction Card is an asset.
