Architectural Sales Specialist

Description:

A&F Building Group is seeking a dynamic Architectural Sales Specialist to join their team in Concord, ON. This full-time, on-site role focuses on developing business and managing sales pipelines for demountable wall systems and architectural glass partitions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with key players in the architectural and design community, and closing sales through a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Relationship Building:

  • Proactively generate and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.

  • Identify, engage, and develop strong relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, and corporate clients.

• Sales & Project Management:

  • Drive product specifications and secure the placement of demountable partitions and architectural wall systems in commercial projects.

  • Conduct Lunch & Learns and tailored product presentations for design and construction professionals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support estimating, technical detailing, and project coordination.

  • Track and manage project pipelines from lead to close using CRM tools.

• Market & Industry Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitive products, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales within the architectural, construction, or commercial interiors industry.

• Product Knowledge: Strong background in demountable walls, interior glass partitions, or related architectural solutions.

• Sales Skills: Ability to self-generate leads and manage a consistent sales pipeline.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
