Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the tree crew through daily operations with a positive and effective leadership style.

• Manage job execution efficiently, keeping the team on schedule and minimizing downtime.

• Conduct site safety checks and inspect team gear to maintain high safety standards.

• Operate equipment and perform advanced technical arborist tasks, including large tree removals.

• Communicate professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and quality service.

• Identify and document additional work opportunities on job sites.

• Mentor and train new crew members to uphold company standards.

• Maintain tidy, efficient, and well-organized job sites.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an arborist, confident with large removals and technical tree work.

• At least 1 year of crew leadership experience.

• Valid Class G driver’s license; Class DZ license is a strong asset.

• Excellent communication skills and natural leadership abilities.

• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems quickly.

• Comfortable using technology such as smartphones, apps, and GPS devices.
