Application Developer

Description:

Ateko, backed by Bell Canada, is seeking a Développeur Applicatif .NET (Application Developer) for a hybrid contract role based in Montreal, Quebec. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and evolving enterprise-grade applications using .NET, SSIS, and AWS components, while adhering to existing architectural frameworks.

The developer will collaborate with internal teams and end-users, ensuring efficient production support, incident management, and seamless system evolution. The ideal candidate thrives in an Agile setting and brings a high level of autonomy, technical expertise, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications using the .NET (C#) framework, SSIS, and AWS cloud components

• Provide production support, handle incident resolution, and offer operational assistance

• Execute deployment tasks and ensure effective post-deployment support

• Recommend improvements for application performance and functionality

• Develop modular components and conduct unit/integration testing

• Participate in on-call support rotation (day and night)

Technical Requirements:

• Programming Languages: C#, Python

• Frameworks/Tools: .NET 4.8/.NET Core, WCF, Visual Studio 2022, TFS, Infragistics

• Integration: SSIS, SnapLogic

• DevOps/CI-CD: Docker, Swagger, Azure DevOps, GIT

• Databases: Microsoft SQL Server 2019, Integration Services, Snowflake

• Cloud: AWS (specifically S3)

• Agile tools: Jira / Confluence
