Apparel Production Assistant

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Apparel Production Technician who can multi task and is experienced with heat pressing, DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, and number/name placement on garments. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and quality-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heat press machines for various types of apparel· Execute DTF transfers with accuracy and consistency· Perform name and number placement on jerseys and uniforms· Ensure alignment, placement, and finishing meets quality standards· Prepare garments and materials for decoration· Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations· Assist with other production tasks as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in heat pressing and DTF transfers (required)· Strong attention to detail and alignment· Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and manage time effectively· Familiarity with garment types and apparel decoration best practices· Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a production setting· Fluent in English, a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
