Key Responsibilities:

• Perform organic analysis tasks as part of projects, maintenance, or system evolution.

• Produce all relevant documentation, including process breakdowns, testing strategies, etc.

• Conduct testing to deliver products that meet client requirements within deadlines.

• Analyze design alternatives and assess impacts of technological changes.

• Participate in problem resolution and validate programmers’ work.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with 8 years as an organic analyst.

• Knowledge in maintenance, evolution, and development of systems within comparable organizational environments.

• Proficiency with N-Tier Web Workshop or Microsoft Visual Studio.Net and Oracle database tools (SQL or PL/SQL).
