Description:

Cineplex is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Amusement Host at Square One The Rec Room in Mississauga. This role involves providing an exceptional entertainment experience to every guest by operating major attractions, guiding gameplay, and curating gaming experiences for both experienced and new gamers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, social, and playful environment and contributes to creating a fun atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upsell games by demonstrating operations, encouraging participation, and creating a lively and engaging environment.

• Ensure games and stations are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational; assist with restocking the store as needed.

• Serve as a trusted resource for guest inquiries, including pricing, special events, promotions, and daily activities.

• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in compliance with venue regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must meet the required age of majority for licensed venues.

• Preferably some experience in customer service.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Provincial certification for selling and handling alcohol, if applicable.
