DKI Refexio, a leading company in restoration, construction, and environmental services after disasters, is seeking a highly dependable Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team in Montreal, QC. The organization, recognized for its 24/7 emergency services and application of cutting-edge technologies, is looking for a professional who can supervise and manage all receivables to maintain strong financial health and positive client relationships.
As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, ensuring timely collections, and handling all matters related to customer billing and account reconciliation.
Prepare and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner
Manage customer receivables and monitor collections
Conduct thorough analysis of receivables and produce reports
Handle client disputes and resolve issues diplomatically
Ensure adherence to credit and collection policies
Coordinate effectively with other departments for seamless operations
High level of confidentiality and integrity when managing sensitive financial data
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and well-organized
Adaptable and flexible in handling changing processes and technologies
Able to work independently while respecting company culture
Proactive and innovative in identifying and solving problems
Excellent prioritization and time management abilities
3–5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, particularly accounts receivable
CPA designation is an asset
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Proficient in accounting software, databases, and web applications
Familiarity with PSA and PSA Canam software is a plus
