The company is currently seeking a Directeur, Gestion des comptes fournisseurs to join its head office in East Montreal.

As Director of Accounts Payable Management, you will be responsible for overseeing, implementing, and optimizing processes related to supplier accounts. This role requires strong expertise in financial management, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive process improvements while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the accounts payable team, including integration and training of new members.

• Lead the month-end closing process, including analysis of balance sheet accounts and preparation of adjusting entries for financial statements.

• Review, optimize, and recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Manage invoice reconciliation, analyze returns, and coordinate follow-ups with complex suppliers.

• Perform additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (asset).

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with substantial experience in personnel management.

• Strong teamwork, leadership, organizational, and priority management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
