Accounting Manager

Description:

Qualifications:

• Must have full Accounting Cycle Experience
• Certification of Accounting or other (not required)
• Experience using Spire Accounting Program (not required training will be provided)

Duties:

• Entering Vendor Invoices through the Purchase Order Entry & Manual Entry
• Processing Invoices & Electronic emailing of Invoices through the Work Order Entry
• Payment of Vendors Invoicing Electronically
• Processing Direct Deposit for Payroll Employees both Hourly & Salaried
• Processing WSIB, Payroll Deductions & all other Government Payments (HST)
• Inventory Controls
• Month End reconciliation
• Petty Cash
• Bank Accounts
• Payroll Files

• Daily Reports & Monthly Reports
• Assist Accountant with year end.
• Assist HR Manager
