Key Responsibilities:

• Manage check deposits and electronic payments efficiently and accurately.

• Collaborate with the team to monitor and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.

• Produce and analyze various financial and accounting reports.

• Perform data verification, reconciliation, and account analysis.

• Manage monthly account statements and intra-company account reconciliations.

• Support the administrative and accounting team with diverse operational tasks.

• Conduct data analysis and manipulation to support reporting and financial tracking.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:

• Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience in a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Solid understanding of basic accounting concepts (asset).

• Bilingual proficiency: French (mandatory) and functional English (oral and written).
