Account Supervisor

Description:

Dentsu Creative is seeking an Account Supervisor to manage the Subway Canada account in Toronto. This role involves leading client deliverables across multiple channels including broadcast, radio, photography, POP, CRM/owned media, digital, social, out-of-home, and print. The Account Supervisor will serve as the client’s day-to-day trusted advisor, ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Reporting to the Group Account Director, the Account Supervisor will also mentor and guide an Account Executive, manage project execution, and act as the connective liaison between junior staff, senior leadership, and other agency departments such as Production and Creative. The role emphasizes a strategic, detail-oriented approach with excellent client-service orientation and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as client’s trusted day-to-day advisor and provide strategic value.

• Lead multiple projects across channels (social, digital, broadcast, print, POP, CRM).

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of client business, key issues, and industry trends.

• Manage project production, budgets, schedules, and evolving content calendars.

• Provide clear direction and feedback to team members.

• Anticipate client needs and prepare responses to updates and queries.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely and on-site.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in a fast-paced advertising agency in a client-facing role.

• Prior experience in QSR or telecommunications preferred.

• Strong client-service orientation, leadership, and project management skills.

• Experience with multi-channel production and execution.

• Ability to oversee multi-million-dollar budgets.

• Excellent organization, time management, and detail orientation.

• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Teams.

Additional Information:

• Fixed-term contract.

• Salary within $75,000–$85,000/year depending on experience.
