Account Executive

Description:

Our McCann Toronto team is looking for an Account Executive to specifically work on one of the McCann’s massive pieces of business within the agency’s largest account.

In this role, you will work in a team assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and projects of varying sizes, ensuring the delivery meets the client’s needs. This client in particular sits in a very competitive industry, requiring us to leverage all areas of creative and digital to help the client maintain leadership in the category.

What You Will Do…

• Exhibit effective project management skills, including preparing and updating timelines, activity reports, and status reports for internal team and clients
• Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients
• Produce internal and client-facing communication materials (contact and status reports)
• Develop and manage project timelines
• Develop estimates and manage costs against project budgets

Who You Will Be…

• Agency experience in a client service role an asset
• A profound interest or background in Canadian agriculture or similar category
• Critical thinking – ability to onboard and comprehend information in context and appropriately apply it to move things forward
• Ability to write and communicate effectively
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Superior organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to build and deliver presentations
• Proficient in MS office
