Description:

Our client, a well-known Quebec-based company recognized for its human-centered approach, internal stability, and dynamism, is currently looking for an Account Director to develop permanent audiovisual integration projects in the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients, leveraging your existing network of contacts.

• Identify client needs and assist them throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to project delivery.

• Prepare equipment lists and define the resources required for projects.

• Work closely with the technical team to offer tailored, realistic solutions.

• Present and negotiate business proposals with clients.

• Follow up with existing accounts to maximize satisfaction and client retention.

• Maintain your activities up to date in the company's CRM.

Desired Profile:

• A developed network in the audiovisual integration sector or a related field upon joining.

• 3-5 years of experience in audiovisual integration project sales.

• Technical ability to prepare equipment lists (audio, video, control systems, and networking).

• Good understanding of corporate solutions (conference rooms, connected rooms, etc.).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Strong autonomy, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.

• Bilingual in French and English is required.
