The Role

We are seeking a detail oriented self starter who can manage multiple priorities and take initiative on complex projects. This role requires fast, accurate data entry, along with the ability to independently validate, analyze, and ensure data meets our clients’ high standards. Strong customer service skills are essential, as you’ll work closely with the Account Management team to support administrative needs and monthly activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes ownership of tasks, and is comfortable following direction while also identifying opportunities to improve processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of client products. By serving as a primary support partner to the Account Management team, this position helps maintain high client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance standards. The individual in this role directly impacts data integrity, project execution, and cross‑team coordination, enabling teams to stay on track despite shifting priorities. Through proactive monitoring, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership, this role helps identify issues early, streamline workflows, and ensure deliverables meet both client and company expectations. Success in this position contributes to stronger client relationships, improved process reliability, and overall team productivity.

What You’ll Be Doing In This Role
 

  • Review monthly activities and act as the primary point of contact for the Account Management team to initiate product delivery
  • Proactively monitor projects across multiple stages, adjusting priorities as demands shift throughout the month
  • Accurately interpret and enter detailed, complex requests into Salesforce for the appropriate production teams
  • Submit final creative assets for compliance approval when required
  • Perform high‑volume data entry and analysis of client‑provided information, ensuring consistency and standardization across systems
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional team members, reprioritizing work and providing support as needed
  • Support periodic audits by gathering compliance documentation and contributing to ongoing quality analysis
  • Maintain up‑to‑date automotive model information and associated video assets within internal databases
  • Provide additional support to the Account Management team on custom projects and ad hoc requests
     

Qualifications Of This Role
 

  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or support role
  • College degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work confidently in data‑driven systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven self‑starter who takes initiative, prioritizes effectively, and manages projects with urgency and minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and custom software
