Workplace Ai Solutions Trainer

Description:

Softchoice, a leading software solutions provider, is seeking a Trainer / Consultant in Adoption and Change Management for its Workplace AI Solutions team based in Toronto, ON. The role involves delivering high-impact training and change enablement for Microsoft 365 platforms, including Copilot for Microsoft 365, to help clients adopt and succeed with AI-powered workspaces.

As a member of the AI Solutions team, the trainer will design and facilitate engaging training experiences—both in-person and virtual—while building strong client relationships. This includes training development, project execution, and feedback evaluation, alongside contributing to solution design and consulting methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Delivery

• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and define training objectives

• Design training plans, develop content (e.g., instructional materials, user guides), and deliver sessions

• Ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery

• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, surveys, and performance metrics

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on workplace AI adoption

• Partner with sales and account teams to identify service growth opportunities

Practice Development

• Improve delivery models, methodologies, and training resources

• Contribute to the continuous evolution of AI solutions and consulting approaches

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT training, consulting, or change management

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Copilot, with practical knowledge of AI tools and change enablement practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking on multiple concurrent projects

• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 15%)

• Fluency in English is mandatory
