Description:

Softchoice is seeking a Trainer, Workplace AI Consulting to join its AI Solutions Group. This customer-facing role is critical to delivering successful Workplace AI Consulting projects with a focus on Microsoft 365, including Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, ensuring that clients are equipped to leverage AI technologies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery & Execution: Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, design training plans, and create end-user enablement content such as reference materials and training sessions.

• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and partner with sales teams to expand services and deliver value propositions.

• Practice Development: Contribute to evolving AI Solutions methodologies, identify opportunities for improving content and delivery models, and stay updated on industry trends.

• Quality Standards: Ensure that all projects meet high-quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience: 5+ years in technology training, consulting, professional services, or related roles.

• Skills: Expertise in AI, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot, or business management/change management. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively across multiple projects.

• Travel: Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
