In this role as Adjoint(e) en Gestion de Patrimoine (Wealth Management Assistant), you will play a vital role in the success of the wealth management team. Working closely with Wealth Management Advisors and Portfolio Managers, you will provide proactive and efficient administrative and client support. Your work will contribute directly to strengthening client relationships and supporting business development initiatives that ensure the firm’s continued growth and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Wealth Management Advisors and/or Portfolio Managers to manage client files, including account openings, meeting preparation, retirement projections, and performance calculations.

  • Analyze, open, and maintain client files ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Serve as a liaison between advisors, portfolio managers, and clients for executing transactions or providing client information.

  • Support the scheduling and appointment management of advisors and portfolio managers.

  • Ensure all client interactions and processes comply with firm policies, risk management standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in improving client service quality and business processes through teamwork and communication.
