fdp Gestion privée, a leading firm serving professionals such as doctors, dentists, notaries, architects, and pharmacists for 47 years, is seeking a motivated Adjoint.e en gestion de patrimoine to support its wealth management team in Montreal. The role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with wealth advisors and portfolio managers, contributing to client success, business development, and portfolio growth.

Reporting to the Regional Administrative Director of Wealth Management, the assistant will manage client files, assist with account openings, prepare meetings, perform retirement projections, calculate returns, and maintain client records. The role acts as an intermediary between advisors, portfolio managers, and clients for transaction execution and client communications. Additional responsibilities include managing advisor schedules, booking appointments, and ensuring compliance and risk management standards are met.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • DEC in administrative techniques, office techniques, or equivalent training

  • 2–3 years of relevant financial experience, preferably with investment funds

  • Securities license (OCRI) or in the process of obtaining it, or willingness to complete training (mandatory)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent client service abilities

  • Fluent in French, both oral and written

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

  • High ethical standards, integrity, and reliability
