Liebherr-Canada Ltd. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Clerk to join its aerospace division in Laval, QC. As a Warehouse Clerk – Aerospace, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse operations. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of the company’s supply chain and directly supports day-to-day operations that impact production, service, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date shipping and receiving logs to ensure compliance with documentation and inventory standards.

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup based on schedules (including loading, packing, labeling, and exporting documentation).

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock according to company standards (unloading, labeling, and storing).

  • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that maximizes space usage.

  • Safely operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.

  • Comply with quality service standards, aerospace regulations, and ISO procedures.

  • Assist with other warehouse functions and support cross-functional operations when required.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure warehouse efficiency.


Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Willingness to work occasional overtime or be on-call when needed.

  • Strong ability to operate safely in an industrial warehouse setting.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Familiarity with basic computer tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and ERP systems.

  • Accuracy in handling technical parts and following detailed procedures.

  • Attention to detail to ensure the correctness of shipments, receipts, and inventory.

  • Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.

  • Clear and respectful communication with colleagues and other departments.
